From the seventies on, coinciding with tourism developing in Spain, a new market is created with huge growth and development; Clubbing and dance music. This new market thus demands more advanced products and newer technology.
Sonotel adapted itself to these changes, moving on from the first sound systems of almost 200 W and some little lights to the installation of more powerful systems and spectacular lighting effects. Not long after this, the company managed to install its products in hundreds of clubs and auditoriums also being part of the first outdoor festivals in the country. Sonotel se adaptó rápidamente a esos cambios, pasando de las primeras sonorizaciones de apenas 200 W y unas pocas luces hasta la instalación de equipos de grandes potencias y efectos de iluminación espectacular. En muy pocos años la empresa llegó a instalar sus productos en cientos de discotecas y salas de espectáculos de toda España, participando además en los primeros festivales al aire libre.
The large success achieved, enabled the growth of the facilities and of the product range, the VMB brand is born.
